Strategy and research for a PBS documentary series focused on the how and why behind cutting-edge healthy, green buildings
Heart of a Building, a documentary series airing on Rocky Mountain PBS, shares the stories of people who are designing, financing, and constructing high-performance buildings. The goal of this series is to help the general public and prospective developers consider why and how an increasing number of building owners are creating high-performance homes, commercial buildings, and schools.
IBE is providing strategic guidance for project selection and video content, leading research about the why behind the featured projects, and documenting the strategies, materials, and practices that projects have used to achieve their exceptional results. A companion technical webinar – developed by IBE and narrated by IBE’s Executive Director Brian Dunbar – showcases the strategies and technical details behind select buildings, and is eligible for continuing education (CE) credits.
